I find it quite tough to live with technology, then I always have.
I get so used to the way things were that I do not want to replace this and that just because the respected masses say it’s the next best thing since the invention of electricity…
And this goes triple for me when it comes to keeping up with heating, ventilation, and A/C technology. I actually do not get the whole point of blowing thousands of dollars on all of this advanced heating, ventilation, and A/C equipment… Sure some of it may be better and benefit some people depending on their homes and their lifestyle, but for me the wonderful old fashioned heating, ventilation, and A/C devices have been doing me just fine all these years and will continue to do so! I do not believe all of these advanced gadgets such as smart temperature controls for instance. To me I see no benefit in them as far as my life is considered. I am alone and am at my small home most of the time. I do not go out to work as I work from home. So the benefit of having more control over your central heating, ventilation, and A/C system’s use while away from the beach home has no use to me whatsoever. I have a typical old dial temperature control. The most I may ever replace it with would be a basic digital temperature control, then you will never find me with a smart temperature control or one of those multi thousand dollar smart heating, ventilation, and A/C systems with the auto air vents! I believe that is just utterly ridiculous in any situation.
