You know, for many years I have been wanting to get my insomnia in order.
I am the first to admit that I do not have good night time habits to make sure that sleeping is possible.
I tend to eat late at night. I often get distracted by my phone when I’m laying in bed. And I’m not a big fan of exercising to wear myself out throughout the day. Instead, I just pop an Ambien and hope for the best every night. Unfortunately, sometimes Ambien makes you go to sleep… And sometimes it makes you buy a new heating, cooling, and air quality control systems. Of course, I did not remember making any kind of indoor air handling device purchase under the influence of the sleep medication. I was completely shocked on the day that a huge box arrived on my porch containing a high-powered air conditioning system. At first, I thought that the AC unit was delivered by accident. I called the shipping company and inspected my credit card bills… Sure enough, I charged the cooling system to my MasterCard. This is when I realized I had no choice but to call the local heating, cooling, and air quality control dealership for an AC installation. I tried to explain the ridiculous indoor air quality purchase to my heating and cooling technician, but he only laughed in my face. He told me I should have repaired my air conditioning system during my last maintenance appointment, like he recommended. Maybe I wouldn’t have gotten so warm in the middle of the night and made this stupid air conditioning purchase if my old AC unit was working right. Or maybe I just shouldn’t take Ambien anymore.
