Perhaps, I have just too much time on our hands.
Couple that with this intense blanket of fear that we are all experiencing plus our brain can get out of hand a bit.
So far, I have been able to reign in the majority of all the “what if” scenarios concerning our economy plus the health of our enjoyed ones. But, that takes a wonderful deal of energy just to do that. I am lucky that I am able to work while being cooped up in our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C up-to-date dining room. This is a blessing because focusing on work also allow me to push the dark thoughts out of our mind. However, I can’t stop thinking about the air that I breathe. With so much attention of the virus plus our respiratory health, there are things that I need to do around here to improve the quality of our indoor air. Right now, most Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C repair plus repair is on an emergency only basis in attempt to limit social contact. So, I may have to wait a bit but, I am for sure getting the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C air ducts in our up-to-date home cleaned professionally. It never occured to me that there could be plus genuinely is plenty of biological contaminants in the air ducts. Biological growth only requires food (like or skin cells), moisture plus the absence of ultraviolet light to proliferate. What better locale could contain all 3 of those essentials than the air ducts in our home? To our know-how, the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C air ducts in this up-to-date home have never been cleaned. Not once. Again, I shudder to believe about what I have been breathing.
