My grandfather was an awesome HVAC technician, and I can’t imagine ever being as good at HVAC work as he was.
My grandfather passed away a few years ago, but while he was alive, you could always find him doing something with an HVAC unit.
He decided to become an HVAC technician against the wishes of his parents. He grew up in a family of doctors, and they didn’t want him to become anything besides a doctor or a lawyer. My father knew that the HVAC industry was just beginning to grow, and he knew that they would need people to know how to fix these HVAC units. He became an HVAC technician at the very beginning, and he was highly successful at fixing HVAC units. He eventually started an HVAC company of his own, and he ended up becoming very wealthy, despite the fact that he didn’t become a doctor. My dad and his brother began working for the HVAC company, but my dad eventually decided that being an HVAC technician was not the right job for him. My grandfather never said anything, but when I was growing up, I was still encouraged to try HVAC work too. I did, and I got a job with my grandfather’s HVAC company. I became an HVAC technician, and now, my only goal is to become as good of an HVAC technician as my grandfather. When my grandfather passed, I inherited the HVAC company, and I strive to be as well-known and respected. I am so glad that I became an HVAC technician like my grandfather.
