My Friend in another Country

I have consistently considered heating plus cooling a necessity.

If it gets too frigid inside your home, you can freeze to death.

Particularly vulnerable to such a death are the elderly plus the infirm, often, older people are isolated plus if their furnace stops working, they don’t suppose what to do. If they also happen to be poor, they may not realize that they can still get heating oil or furnace service through various private plus government programs. The same is tscheme where I live, in the south. If someone’s a/c is broken or they can’t afford their power bill, they will often try to live without a/c. Without air conditioner, though, people are drastically vulnerable to decreased health repair or even death. That is why I was so surprised when I became friends with a person who lives in another country. Despite the fact that she lives in a easily tropical climate, she does not use a/c. She insists that recycled a/c is not healthy for people, plus she refuses to use the brand current mini split air conditioner that is hanging above her door frame in her entryway. I sometimes assume a bit sorry for her fiance because I suppose he would actually care about a little air conditioner now plus then. She does do things to provide cooling in other ways. They both go to the beach plus swim. The houses are built so that they have a cross breeze, however neighbors have what are called dipping pools. All of these can cool you off without a/c, plus she seems healthy enough, but it still astonishes myself and others how the two of us can have such weird outlooks in several weird countries.
