Having a treadmill is convenient

Because of this, the operation is perfectly quiet

Buying a treadmill was a significant investment but it was worth the money. The treadmill has been a huge improvement in my workouts. My area of the country experiences some nasty weather. Spring and fall are known for lots of rain and high winds. Winter is the worst, with feet of snow and temperature dropping below zero and hanging around for more than six months. The summers are brief yet hot and humid. I like to run. It’s my favorite style of exercise. I workout every single morning. There are not enough days when the weather is mild and allows me to run outside. I need to check the weather and dress accordingly. Although I have lots of workout clothes designed for the weather, I often end up either feeling overheated or chilly. If the weather is overly hot and sticky, I feel slow and am tempted to shorten the run. If the weather is wet and cold, I have trouble warming up my muscles. I have no access to water or a bathroom while I jog around the neighborhood. I am at the mercy of bugs, exhaust fumes, potholes and nasty dogs. I sometimes get sore or exhausted but find myself a long way from my home. Then I still need to cover the same miles back home again. The treadmill provides the perfect conditions. I have my water bottle accessible and play music through a cordless speaker. I chose a treadmill that is a modern design and is powered by my strides. It doesn’t need to be plugged in. Because of this, the operation is perfectly quiet. I can run early in the morning or in the middle of the night without bothering anyone. The track is curved and as I lengthen my strides, it moves faster.
