We know many people who have ambition, and upward mobility, but not us. We are straight-forward sort of guys, our needs are few, and our free time and joy outweigh the desire to have more savings. Other AC experts we work with have moved up in the corporation, and we wish them well. They wanted more out of life, but not us. This task has great benefits, excellent pay, gives a cost of living raise annually, and never demands more than 40 hours a week. Why would we give up the life of an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C expert just for a little bit more currency? Our evenings and weekends are always free, and since the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company doesn’t drug test for CBD, we can smoke and drink as much as we want during our free time. This place is excellent, and the director is a sweetheart, but has strict rules about the way Heating, Ventilation, and A/C experts conduct themselves. Since we interact with the public, we serve as representatives for the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company director, so we always need to be neat, clean, polite, and never late. Showing up stinking of booze or weed even one time will result in termination, and we love our positions as Heating, Ventilation, and A/C experts too much to jeopardize it! It isn’t an immense corporation, so if we got drastic about climbing the ladder of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C industry we would need to transfer to a bigger director. But we’re cheerful right where we are, and as long as nothing changes, we could see being Heating, Ventilation, and A/C experts for the rest of our lives.
