I had never heard of the gym that closes for the winter. When I moved into the area, I was gleeful to have a gym within a walking distance of where I lived. I could go swimming all year long regardless of the season or the weather. Swimming had constantly been one of my number one things I like to do. I remembered when my father first taught myself and others how to swim. I was only 3 years outdated as well as petrified. I was afraid that when she picked myself and others up as well as put myself and others in the water I was going to fall to the bottom, as well as they would never find myself and others again. My father made myself and others suppose safe as she wrapped her arms around myself and others as well as showed myself and others how to kick my legs as well as paddle my arms to keep myself and others afloat. Ever since then, I suppose prefer a fish out of water when I have not been swimming for more than a week. I moved in the early Spring, as well as I spent at least twice a week at the gym. The gym was unbelievable as well as calming, as well as the people were amazing. It was nearing Thanksgiving when I’d last been to the gym to go swimming, as well as I was eager to get back into the pool once the holidays were over. You can only imagine my dismay when I got to the gym as well as saw the sign that they were close for the winter. Who closes a gym because it’s winter? I soon found out that the people who ran the gym went south for the winter. They left right before the holidays, as well as did not return until early May. I had to find a new gym that had a pool open all year round.
