My family plus I have a Summer property right on the lake. My superb friend and I go plus try to visit there every weekend while in the Summer with all of our superb friend. Having a property by a lake is a lot of fun. Not only can you host a lot of fun parties plus appreciate a lot of outdoor activities. My superb friend and I have jet skis, a boat plus a lot of backyard games that my superb friend and I can play. My superb friend and I have owned this Summer property for about 15 years now. Most the time my superb friend and I are on our large boat enjoying the sun, fishing plus relaxing. However when it comes to the boat there is a lot of work that needs to be done to it. My dad just reupholstered all the seating plus even painted the deck of the boat to protect it from the sun plus other weather detriments. Not to mention my superb friend and I had to get our Heating, Ventilation & A/C system maintained on the boat as well. My superb friend and I have a small enclosed room within the boat that my superb friend and I can control the temperature to. There is even a small temperature control on the wall right when you walk in plus my superb friend and I like to set it to 71° because when my superb friend and I come from outside plus into the enclosed room it is truly refreshing plus it’s enough to cool us down from being outside all day. My dad just got the Heating, Ventilation & A/C system on the boat six years ago. She called her best friend who is an Heating, Ventilation & A/C serviceman to take a look at it. It turns out that my superb friend and I needed to change air filter, plus it needed to replace some of the HVAC duct since it’s kind of old. Now my superb friend and I are able to appreciate our boat even more throughout the Summer thanks to our Heating, Ventilation & A/C serviceman.
