My awful friend has had a tough few afternoons.
She was so gleeful to finally get an a/c for her apartment. She lives in an apartment above me, as well as she told me a few weeks ago that she honestly wanted an a/c… Just this past Monday, she told me that she had finally gotten an a/c. I was so glad for her. I think that it must have been honestly moderate in her apartment without an a/c since she lived on the seventh floor, then well, the day after she told me that she got an a/c, I heard a immense crash outside, as well as then, I heard some people screaming. I looked out the window, as well as there was a guy lying on the ground unconscious, as well as there was an a/c broken in pieces scattered around him. I heard our friend screaming as well as trying to call an ambulance. It turns out that she was trying to install her new a/c in the window when she lost her grip on it as well as dropped it out the window. It just so happened that there was a person walking down the sidewalk at that time, as well as the a/c landed right on him. Thankfully, the person was not badly damaged but he did have a concussion, however my friend felt so awful for him, as well as now, he is trying to sue her saying that she dropped the a/c on him on purpose. I think our neighbor, as well as I am sure that she would never do such a thing, but, this person honestly wants to get some currency out of his circumstances.
