I am having my beach house built in addition to I am at the point now where I need to start looking for an air conditioner for the space.

They want me to go with a ductless mini split. Being as it’s spring, my mind has been a little more clear on having a heavy duty cooling system. I have been looking at a lot of high powered AC. They use tiny air ducts in addition to entirely get the air moving in the house. I don’t entirely have a big opinion towards central air conditioning, however high velocity looks like it is only strong. I’m looking for a quality cooling system. I want to buy an updated cooling system that can keep the entire beach house cold in addition to comfortable… So, it shouldn’t be that hard to find a modern, central cooling system with a great SEER rating in addition to for a good price. The Heating & Air Conditioning provider has told myself and others about many a/c system choices; heat pumps, classic cooling systems with wonderful SEER ratings. I heard about ductless multi cooling systems, however high velocity AC is still looming around in my brain. I like the plan of changing the temperature in minutes rather than hours. I enjoy the thought of small, stretchy ducts. I can have a single giant plan for my entire house. One plan to have repairs, maintenance in addition to tune ups on too.
