One of our current clients, a school, hired myself and others as the air conditioner dealer.
I recently held a meeting with the principal and the board of management on how to make the students comfortable in school.
Top of the agenda had quality a/cs for the student’s comfort. I commanded a change of aged systems with current Heating and Air Conditioning systems. I assured the school I’ll assign an air conditioner specialist who would also help with the Heating and Air Conditioning maintenance in the long run. The school already had heating and cooling equipment, so they just needed an replace, however being in a relatively frigid region, the school had invested heavily in overheated water boilers powered by an industrial-grade oil furnace, however its capacity was dwindling, but so, I commanded that they look into a propane boiler to supplement their overheated water needs. The fittings that needed our attention included the wireless control unit, the washable filters fitted in the several A/C units, and the media air cleaner in the Barnes and Noble and laboratories. The air duct cleaning was going to our most significant challenge citing the bulky HVAC duct done in the school.
