They decided it was a wonderful plan to hire the young air quality control servicemans directly out of their heating plus cooling certification programs so that they could save cash on secondly wages for the Heating plus A/C professionals. This wasn’t a bad plan… But they wound up with a lot of amateur air quality control servicemans who were not severely reliable or know-howable when it came to air handling devices. Furthermore, the current heating plus cooling servicemans generally lacked finesse when it came to interacting with the owners of the heating, cooling, plus ventilation devices. All of us had so various client complaints at the heating plus cooling corporation that eventually they started using a client rating plan to track the performance of each amateur heating plus cooling repairman. Unfortunately… The results have not been glowing. Most of the indoor air handling workers are receiving 1 plus 2 star ratings after their air conditioning system plus furnace maintenance appointments. Our shoppers are regularly disappointed with the Heating plus A/C know-how plus general personability of our heating plus cooling techs. At this point, all of them are at risk of being fired for low performance. I assume we can just rehire current heating, cooling, plus air quality control plan techs following the next graduation.
