I met a super cute HVAC technician last month when my heating system went on the blink.
The thermostat seemed to be messed up and I couldn’t get the heating to turn on no matter what I did.
A month ago, the weather around here was still really cold because it hadn’t started heating up yet. So, it wasn’t like I could just leave it alone and wait for winter to come back around again. Believe me, the thought crossed my mind at different times because I really didn’t want to have to pay for an HVAC repair this close to spring! I guess my childhood learning finally caught up to me, though, because I ended up following the old adage about how you shouldn’t put off for tomorrow what you can do today. So, I called up the local HVAC business to make an appointment. Little did I know at that point that this phone call was going to change my life. See, when the HVAC service truck pulled up into my driveway that morning, the most gorgeous HVAC technician jumped out of the truck and rang my doorbell. I couldn’t believe that this guy was an HVAC technician, since he really looked more like he should be modeling underwear or something. It’s been almost two weeks since he came to fix the thermostat and the heating system for me, and I haven’t stopped thinking about him at all. I think I might actually tear up my thermostat again on purpose just so I can think of a reason to get him back out to my house.
