- I decided that since nothing seemed to be helping with our flu symptoms this year, I needed to try something weird in order to live through the summer.
Usually, taking an allergy pill or getting a shot from our allergy doctor does the trick. Unluckyly for me, this year, none of that seemed to be helping me believe better at all. I have been feeling just terrible, with headaches all the time and a entirely frustrating cough that just won’t seem to quit. It’s entirely driving me crazy and it’s impeding our ability to do just about anything outside. I dislike that because I prefer this time of year whenever the weather is finally heating up outside. Anyway, I called up our allergy doctor to see if he might have any advice for me and he told me to call our local Heating and Air Conditioning business. I thought that this was from weird advice since I was talking to an allergy doctor. He said that the best thing for me to do was to get any anti allergen filter installed in our Heating and Air Conditioning unit. He also said that it would be a good system for us to have the ventilation system in the house professionally cleaned out. I think that he was entirely right, because after I had the air duct professionally cleaned, our flu symptoms started to go away! I’m feeling much better now and I wish that I had done this weeks ago.
