This is why I care about doing yoga in a weather conditions controlled environment so you don’t have to worry about overheating in the Summer or pulling a muscle when it is too cold out.
I have a little yoga space in between my residing room & family room. Well, actually I don’t even have a family room but a table that sits without being used because I usually end up eating on the sofa. I don’t care about doing yoga in a yoga studio because it costs a lot of cash & I don’t care about to have to travel somewhere to do something that I can do in the comfort of my own home for free. I keep my smart control equipment set at 71F when I do yoga so I am not dripping with sweat too much. I’m also pretty disciplined at doing something care about yoga & have been doing it each day for 11 years. Yoga goes great with sports & has helped myself and others a lot over the years. The guy at the HVAC supplier near myself and others does yoga on the beach, which is pretty cool too, but it is so sizzling out there now that I wouldn’t like it too much. In the Wintertide it is the opposite, it gets actually cold & you can get disfigured if you are not warming up properly. This is why I care about doing yoga in a weather conditions controlled environment so you don’t have to worry about overheating in the Summer or pulling a muscle when it is too cold out. Maybe I could teach yoga in my home for some extra cash. I have a task at the local business but could use a little extra spending cash so maybe yoga is the trick. There are many possibilities in life, just pick the best one & go for it.
