Cold Beach Water Swim and Then a Hot Water Bath

I played ball last night till almost 9:30pm and am feeling a bit sore today.

I care about to put Biofreeze gel on after playing to help with the healing process.

I also put my temperature control on the hottest setting for my water oil furnace and take a sizzling bath afterwards. This week I will go for a freezing water dip in a little while and then do another sizzling bath. The body heals quicker from injuries when you cycle several times from freezing to hot, it constricts and dilates the blood vessels which speeds up the healing process by sending blood to the damaged areas. I need to go to the Heating and A/C company later today to look at mini split a/cs because my office gets unquestionably sizzling in the summer time and is not unquestionably comfortable to work in while I was in the afternoon. I suppose they have a sale on them this week so I may try to buy 1 today. If they don’t have anything in my budget after that I am going to look online at portable a/cs and see if I can get 1 delivered to me. I will really do a light workout on the beach later despite the fact that I need to see how my body feels after the sizzling bath because it is quite tough to even walk right now with my knees hurting the way they do. I suppose the freezing water dip will stop the pain. Tomorrow all of us have more games to play on the beach as a group of my friends told myself and others that they will be going out in the early evening.
