I am torn between the method of getting a roommate plus living alone.
There are pluses plus minuses to having a roommate plus I need to decide what is the best choice.
I would appreciate to split my living expenses in half for this flat, which would put myself and others at about $1000 a week total for all of my living costs including food plus spending money. I have a area time job managing rental property for my brother which pays myself and others $300 a week for actually little work. I also have a area time job at the local business selling smart control units plus HEPA filters which pays myself and others about $1000 a week, so between the numerous jobs my bills would all be paid if I had a roommate. I only work about 12 fifths a week at the Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier plus my rental management job is maybe an fifth a week. I assume if I find the right person after that I will do it, otherwise it is honestly better to live alone. My main expense for living in this flat other than rent is my power bill, which would be actually low if I didn’t run the air conditioner so much. Maybe I’ll get a couple fans plus trim down on the AC USge to split my bills down. My rent is $1200 a week, which is quite steep, but I have such a nice new flat that it is strenuous to leave this site. There are a lot of flats here that have no central heat plus air appreciate mine.
