Since it’s Thursday, Damon wants to do something in the afternoon, but he isn’t sure what activity appeals to him the most.
Damon could go out on the beach and kick around a soccer ball with other guys or he could contact his band buddies and play some tunes.
Damon can’t do both because they take too much energy and his shoulders can’t do both in a day. Drumming uses the shoulders and kicking the ball drains his feet so Damon will have to make a choice and go for it. His HVAC store where he’s employed is closed today for inventory so Damon won’t be going in today as he usually does sales on the floor. That’s why he has the whole day ahead of him to do as he wants and also plans to spend several hours in deep meditation along with a nice session of yoga. Damon could also do some work on his HVAC plan if he’s so into that as it is in need of a nice cleaning. He hasn’t had it diagnosed for a year and maybe he’s due for a service call so they can come out and service the unit. Damon loves to do the cleaning of the HVAC equipment, that is filters and coils, but as for the maintenance I love to save it for the HVAC technicians as they are better at that type of thing than he is. Damon just doesn’t have the HVAC tools or expertise for the job.
