In a quiet neighborhood, the right home air system

We have a great home on a quiet street in a city area, three minutes from the beach.

The town is big enough to offer action if you are looking for fun, yet small enough to navigate on a bike.

I prefer living in a town without a metro because that means it’s small enough where I can walk to most places by foot. I will never live in a place with a metro and city buses again. Big cities attract too much noise and pollution, and it doesn’t help me with my peace of mind. Where we lived before, the dust that infiltrated our ventilation system required air cleaners in each room; now, it’s so clean we leave the windows open most of the time and we do not worry about ruining our health with toxic air. Our HEPA rarely needs cleaning, compared to our last home, where we had to disinfect our air conditioner filter almost weekly. It’s much easier living in a small area, I have noticed. I will stay in this town for a long time. We bought a new wireless thermostat to replace our deteriorating dial control device. It’s worth spending a few more bucks on things like this to make your life easier and more comfortable. I suggest checking your air filters every two months and cleaning the HVAC duct every couple weeks.
