My girlfriend and I enjoy movie nights once a week to escape from reality, if only for a little while.
We love horror films, although she can get scared, so I need to be close to her if she gets frightened; she can be a bit like a little girl. My favorite by far is “Jaws.” If you’ve never seen it, you should. The acting is the best I’ve seen for a horror motion picture, although two of the actors have passed away. With our furnace on, on this cold winter night, my girlfriend and I were watching TV the other night. It’s so cozy resting by the fireplace or furnace. Its warming heat makes it so comfortable. The winters are freezing here, and when the humidity is high at night it can be cold on windy days. We run our dehumidifier on the air conditioner to remove the water from the air and make the house more comfortable on those frigid days. We save money this way, and don’t need to heat up the house as much because the lower humidity makes it feel warmer. The indoor air quality is better in the winter, because we keep the windows closed, which keeps most of the dust out. I don’t have as many pollen irritations in the winter because of this, too. Weather control is important for living comfortably in our house.
