We have a great flat on a quiet street in the city center about three minutes from the beach. The city is large enough to have some action if you are looking for fun yet small enough to get around on a bike. I like living in a town without a metro because that means it is small enough where I can walk to most places by foot. I will never live in a city with a metro and buses again. There is too much noise and pollution in large cities and it doesn’t help me with my peace of mind. We had lots of dust before and needed air purifiers in each room of the flat because of all of the dust that came in through our ventilation system. Where we live now it’s so clean that we can leave the windows open most of the time and not worry about ruining our health with bad air quality. It’s much easier living in a small town I have noticed and I will stay in this town for a long time. We bought a new wireless thermostat to replace our old dial thermostat which wasn’t working so well anymore. It’s worth spending a few more bucks on things like this to make your life easier and more comfortable. I recommend checking your air filters every two months and cleaning the ductwork every couple weeks.
