Ivy and Niel are working on restoring an older cabin this year.
This is a project that they’ve been thinking about doing for many years, but Ivy and Niel are just now getting to the point where they can do it. They wanted to wait until their youngsters were old enough so that they could be away from the cabin for hours and hours at a time to work on the odd projects. Ivy and Niel knew that it was going to be so much work. So they did not wanna take time away from their youngsters until they were old enough to be left on their own for hours at a time. Anyway, Ivy and Niel are finally working on the cabin and they are getting to the point where they’re going to be working on the heating and cooling system. The old cabin did not even have a central air conditioner before, and so they have to get that installed. There’s no way that anyone would want to buy a cabin that lacks central air conditioning in this part of the world. Ivy and Niel live where the weather gets actually warm outside and the rapidly changing temperatures can get up into the 90s most days during the summer. Ivy and Niel don’t know if they need to call an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company who specializes in this stuff or not. They don’t know what they are doing when it comes to updating an old Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system, but they also don’t want to have to spend a fortune on a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C expert.
