I don’t know why my furnace in my house is so loud all of the sudden.
I work from home and I have found that loud noises are usually really distracting for me.
The fact that the furnace is so loud lately is really affecting my ability to get anything done! I don’t work very well when things are loud all around me. I don’t do very well at tuning things out, most of the time. At this point, I have even thought about using ear plugs in my own house. Of course, that won’t be very good for me whenever I have to talk on the phone for work! It’s just difficult to get anything done with this loudly roaring furnace in my house. I wish that I could just turn the furnace all the way off for the year, but the winter is nowhere near done yet. We are actually only in the middle of the winter and there is going to be a lot more snow and ice to come before the weather starts heating up for the spring. I have thought about just trying to use my little electric heating unit in my office during the day, but that means that the rest of the house will stay cold throughout the day. I guess I am going to have to get an appointment with my HVAC company one day this week or next. Something is going to have to be done about this roaring furnace. I think that something is probably wrong with the fan, but hopefully, it will just be a quick and easy fix.
