I’m definitely not an HVAC technician, even though I think I must have accidentally checked that box on my dating profile when I set it up a couple of weeks ago.
This is the first time that I have ever tried to use one of those online dating sites, and up until this point, I am really not having that great of a time with it. I mean, I have gotten a whole lot of dates through it so far. I have had a date every single night since I signed up, and there is no end in sight. The women are coming out of the woodwork to message me and to ask me to get together with them. However, after the date that I had last night, I am starting to think that it has all been a big mistake. They all seem to think that I work in the heating and cooling profession. Because of that, I am starting to think that they merely want to date an HVAC technician and that they don’t really care one bit about going out with me personally. I guess some people don’t really have much shame when it comes to using someone, but I have to say that even I was surprised at the audacity of some of these ladies. The one last night invited me up to her apartment, but it was so that I could take a look at her furnace for her. She said that she thought that the thermostat or the furnace was broken and that she wanted me to check it out for her.
