My husband is really tightening up our budget, especially when it comes to the HVAC part of it.

I personally have always thought that it was worth it to pay the extra money for the high quality expensive HEPA filters, but my husband seems to think that we need to take a break from them for some reason. He is tightening up the budget every which way around here, and I am having to cheap out on a lot of things that I normally would not! I like to buy things that actually work correctly, and I know that high quality air filters are important to the indoor air quality in our home. I also know that having the right kind of air filter is important for the health of our heating and cooling system in general. When you use high quality air filters instead of cheap ones, then that means that you are basically prolonging the lives of your heating and cooling systems. In my opinion, that means that you are actually saving money not spending extra money.I understand the fact that my husband is worried about money right now because of the way that the economy is going, but I don’t think that scrimping and saving too much on our HVAC system is the way to combat that. I think that we need to find something else to save money on so that we can continue to use our HEPA filters.
