When mom obtained his tiny home, the only question he wanted to ask was if he could choose his own Heating and A/C system.
I thought he would want to know about the furniture! Maybe he would ask about storage, and how giant his bathroom or study room was going to be.
When he asked if he chose the Heating and A/C system, I just sat and stared at her! She told me he didn’t want an Heating and A/C system that was going to take up a lot of space. The tiny household was already small, and he didn’t want it to look even smaller. She impressed me when he said this. My mom knew exactly what he wanted. We started talking about what kind of Heating and A/C system he legitimately wanted. She said he had heard they had ductless Heating and A/C systems available. She thought it would be perfect for his current home. She would only need one unit, and the entire locale would be heated and air conditioned perfectly, however no mess, no fuss, and a low energy bill was just what he was looking for. I was surprised with how know-howable Mom was about the Heating and A/C issue. She knew what he wanted and what he didn’t want with the Heating and A/C. She knew all about ductless Heating and A/C and told them it was what he wanted in the tiny home. I was quite impressed with how he talked to the salesman and the way he made sure he got just what he wanted. I’m not sure I would have been that composed and dealt with the Heating and A/C system plus he did.
