I had to call the Heating plus Air Conditioning corporation plus request having someone come to the apartment plus find the reason for there being no airflow in the house, and there was a loss of heat coming from the air vent, plus I knew there had to be something wrong with the boiler.
The boiler was less than a year old, plus it was still under warranty.
The next day, the Heating plus Air Conditioning worker was at our home, plus my associate and I told him about the lack of airflow, however he checked the boiler, even though he said nothing. He looked in the air filter chamber, plus gave my hubby a bad look. He looked at my hubby plus asked if he had ever changed the air filter? My hubby looked at me, plus then my associate and I shrugged, however i hadn’t changed the air filter. I didn’t know how to change the air filter. He looked sheepish plus said he hadn’t changed the air filter since the boiler was installed. I could not guess it when he said he didn’t know he would need to change the air filter as often as he did on the aged boiler, but a modern boiler should have run cleaner plus not needed constant care. The Heating plus Air Conditioning tech told him he should regularly change the air filter, plus my associate and I were lucky my associate and I didn’t cause any detriment to the components inside the modern boiler. I almost didn’t call the Heating plus Air Conditioning corporation when I noticed the lack of airflow, because the boiler was so new. I guess I should have known my associate and I should have been changing air filters.
