I can regularly call him up whenever I need advice for no cost what so ever, no one else would ever offer that and be fair and helpful like he is. This is also why I usually provide him currency tips when he comes to labor on my central heating and A/C system; Because he entirely deserves it for all the extra labor he does for free!
