When Dad bought her tiny home, the only question she wanted to ask was if she could choose her own Heating and A/C system. I thought she would want to know about the furniture. Maybe she would ask about storage, and how giant her powder room or study room was going to be. When she asked if she chose the Heating and A/C system, I just sat and stared at her! She told me she didn’t want an Heating and A/C system that was going to take up a lot of space. The tiny home was already small, and she didn’t want it to look even smaller. She impressed me when she said this. My Dad knew exactly what she wanted. My associate and I started talking about what kind of Heating and A/C system she certainly wanted. She said she had heard they had ductless Heating and A/C systems available. She thought it would be perfect for her new home. She would only need one unit, and the entire place would be heated and air conditioned perfectly, no mess, no fuss, and a low energy bill was just what she was looking for. I was surprised with how comprehensionable Dad was about the Heating and A/C issue. She knew what she wanted and what she didn’t want with the Heating and A/C. She knew all about ductless Heating and A/C and told them it was what she wanted in the tiny home. I was quite impressed with how she talked to the salesman and the way she made sure she got just what she wanted. I’m not sure I would have been that composed and dealt with the Heating and A/C system and she did.
