Appliances break, laundry piles up and dirty dishes collect in the sink.
It seems as if there is so much to do in such a short amount of time when it comes to chores.
I try my best to stay organized and on top of what needs to be done in the house so I do not have to deal with any additional pressure than I deal with every single day. However, the one time I ended up being actually prepared and responsible i found myself being in a costly dilemma. At my house, I knew the HVAC system needed an update, so I added it to my list of chores. We had no real complications of the system, but I felt it was time for an update and I’d wanted to be more safe than sorry. I called an HVAC company and took my time pursuing new HVAC units for our home. When I finally made the decision on a new unit and the HVAC company was scheduled for delivery the following week. After a few hours of installation the heating and cooling system system was ready to run. With the cost I paid for the brand-new system, I was more than sure it would last. Just 7 days later, I found out that HVAC system I installed hasn’t been the proper one for the house size. After a day from running, the entire HVAC system chipped down on me. I had to call another HVAC company to completely remove and replace the heating and cooling system. Little did I understand that our old HVAC system was a student in good enough shape and could have lasted us another five years with the proper HVAC maintenance.
