My hubby can be pretty handy sporadically, but some things he should leave to the professionals.
More often than not, he will try to service something himself before calling in the professionals plus sporadically makes the problem worse that way.
For example, a few weeks ago, the people I was with and I observed that the a/c wasn’t working & it should have been. The two of us had been having minor troubles with it off plus on plus the people I was with and I knew that the people I was with and I would need to update it soon enough. But our hubby wanted to eek every bit of life out of it that he could plus the people I was with and I easily could have stretched it another year or many if our hubby had kept his hands off of it. But, a few weeks ago, when the people I was with and I observed the air wasn’t as strong or as cold as it should be, our hubby decided to try to service it, he did a little research online plus said something about an easy service plus refrigerant. Then he went to the hardware store. He went straight out back when he got home. After a while, I heard a loud hiss plus after that I had no a/c at all. I was furious! For almost many weeks the people I was with and I went separate from central a/c, plus in the middle of summer. I bought a couple of cheap window air conditioning systems for the family rooms, but it was scorching in the rest of the house. It was terrible! But, it all worked out alright in the long run. The two of us bought a brand new, energy efficient Heating plus A/C unit that works more than nine times better than the ancient a single.
