I live in a small town, so when something changes around here, it’s a big deal! Last week, a brand new hardware store opened up.
Of course, this new addition was the talk of the town. Everyone was ecstatic about the new hardware store, because the closest one previously was 40 minutes away. If you needed any tools or HVAC equipment, you had to travel far to get it. The best part about this new hardware store is that they have three HVAC professionals on staff. These HVAC professionals are available for all heating and air needs for homeowners in the area. They’re also available at the store for any small questions and concerns whenever they’re not traveling to different homes. We’ve never had HVAC professionals so close to us before. Before the hardware store addition, we could hire someone from the next town over, but they were hesitant to send their HVAC professionals so far. We also weren’t qualified for emergency HVAC repairs, which meant we had to wait weeks to get servicing done sometimes. Another great thing about the new hardware store is that it’s bringing in several new jobs for people. Just last week my brother applied for a position as a cashier, and I’m thinking of doing the same. I know I’m going to need a new HVAC system within the next year, so I’d love to get a discount by working for the store. There’s no harm in trying! I just hope they accept my application out of all the others.
