I got great service from my HVAC

I guess I could do without all the hype.

It has really just worn me out.

It’s like I can’t do anything without being pushed to add more and more to my order. Enough of that junk already. It’s enough to make me want to just turn my back on anyone that I have to interact with in a retail environment. Honestly, it sort of feels as though my intelligence is being insulted. Like my wife and I just spent an incredible amount of time and energy choosing a replacement HVAC unit. We had the HVAC business out and had his input and proficiency. That was costly but it absolutely helped us narrow our choices. It was a big deal amount of cash for us, so we took it very seriously. Fortunately, we were able to agree to financial terms with the HVAC supplier and were ready to pull the trigger on the sale. But due to countless retail upsell experiences, I almost made a big mistake. I called the HVAC office to get the details on payments and installation. The person in the office suggested that I join the HVAC maintenance program. I immediately thought this was just another reach for my wallet. However, the HVAC supplier was absolutely helping me save money while investing in preventive maintenance for my current HVAC unit. I had to check myself quickly in order to completely take advantage of a fantastic service. Now, I am set up to have HVAC maintenance twice a year automatically. And, anything that ever breaks will only cost me the amount of the part. Now that is some excellent customer service.
