I went back to job last month in a law firm where I job downtown.
The office that buy job inside of is a current and very nice building.
The heating and air conditioning company is the biggest problem. The heating, ventilation, plus air conditioner is one of the systems that has been there for years and years. It needs to be updated and it is beyond my concern why someone has not chosen to get rid of the thing in the first place. During summer weather, the people I was with plus myself entirely use the air conditioner all day as well as all night. It barely does anything to touch the temperatures plus it seems like it just does not work the way it should. When everyone of us went back to work a couple of months ago, everyone of us regularly found that the temperature control seemed to be different. I’m not an expert on Heating and Cooling issues, but it seems like someone paid some money to fix the heating, ventilation, plus air conditioning problems. I decided to talk to someone in the maintenance office about the whole thing. It turns out that someone investigated the problem as well as realized that it was necessary to use a commercial heating, ventilation, plus AC company to make things better. Now the indoor air quality is much better than it was before I left my job and there is no reason to go back to working from home now that the office has wonderful indoor air conditions.
