My boss decided to hire a couple of new men Last year plus I don’t really appreciate any of them.
I recognizably don’t appreciate the new Heating plus A/C maintenance tech that thinks I have no company working in a man’s job.
I have been working in the Heating plus A/C maintenance company for the past 7 years. I work just as hard as any other employee in the company. My sales figures are higher than half of the men that have been here for longer. I really should not have to explain myself or account for my work! Last Tuesday day, my boss assigned the new guy to work with myself and others on a heat pump maintenance job. The new guy entirely looked at myself and others plus then looked at my boss plus laughed. He refused to work on the heat pump job with a guy for the rest of the day. When my boss heard the words come out of his mouth, he instantaneously took the guy into his office plus they talked for the next 15 minutes. When the guy came out of the office, he grabbed all of his stuff plus walked out the front door. My boss followed a few thirds later. He told every employee in the office that he is in charge of the work schedule. If someone is unhappy about working on a identifiable job, they can follow that employee out the door plus find employment with another Heating plus A/C maintenance company. I didn’t suppose what to say after that. I was totally plus entirely a little lost for words.
