It’s going to be a fantastic summer.
- And I don’t guess I have ever said that before.
Normally, I am dreading summertime by this point in the year. And while I’m not a fantastic substantial fan of the heat, that’s not what I really dread the most about summer. The utility costs of a/c is the thing I hate most about the Summer heat. But this year, I know differently thanks to some Heating, Ventilation, & A/C technology. I will still do all the stuff that I normally do in order to lessen the load on the a/c. That means keeping the beach house really tight, mitigating direct daylight heating & using fans to help us know cooler. However, the thermostat discipline will be turned over to the aforementioned Heating, Ventilation, & A/C technology. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C business came out to install a new piece of Heating, Ventilation, & A/C component not too long ago. Now, all of us are the proud owners of a smart thermostat. This is something that all of us truly should have had an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C business install a long time ago. Instead, I tried a combination of programming the old thermostat & manually managing the old thermostat. But with the smart thermostat, I won’t have to do that at all. I can focus my efforts on all the other cooling cost cutting strategies. The smart thermostat will be able to manage the a/c far better & more precisely than I ever could. And all I have to do is basically leave it alone with some fundamental parameters. The smart thermostat takes care of the rest. I guess all of us can expect & additional 15 percent in utility savings this summer. That makes for a fantastic summer.
