The supplier owner wasn't going to honor the warranty

I purchased a ductless heating system from a supplier in town that handles Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C repairs; I was going to buy the ductless heating system online, but then I would have been forced to install the device on my own.

I called a supplier in town plus they gave myself and others a price quote for the upgrade fees! They tried to tell myself and others that this type of problem wasn’t covered under the correct a single. I did not think how there could be an issue not covered under warranty, when the heating system was only 3 months old. I started threatening to call a lawyer plus the owner of the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C supplier suddenly changed his mind plus decided to come have a look at the machine.
