I wanted to see the age of the Heating plus A/C system, and also how well took care of they were. Heating plus A/C systems cost thoUnited Statesnds of dollars, however they were crucial for comfort. I wasn’t willing to spend money on a home and a brand current furnace and One seller sent back 4 years of Heating plus A/C service, from the paperwork, I could tell there were no problems. The other home had only 2 documents. They didn’t show any major problems, however I could tell that it wasn’t took care of as well. I ended up putting an offer in on the first home because the Heating plus A/C program was taken care of and I knew I wouldn’t have to replace it soon.
