I have been a common patron at the same salon for nearly twenty years, however while there’s been a changeover of some of the aestheticians, current services introduced & many price increases, I remain loyal, and i keep a resting appointment every other Sunday & look forward to it; There have been times in my life when I struggled to afford the treatments or find the time for them.
I believe that taking wonderful care of myself makes me ecstatic.
Taking a few hours to be selfish, relax & care about some pampering puts me in a better state of mind. I occasionally schedule a manicure & pedicure that feels appealing & is ideal before attending an event. Knowing my nails are neat, tidy, wash & polished gives me a bit of extra confidence; Once per month, I schedule a cut & color for my hair. The stylish covers the gray in my roots, gets rid of any split ends & applies treatments that improve the shine, strength & silkiness of my hair. I respectfully have my eyebrows shaped at the same time. I care about the sugaring process over waxing & plucking. It’s totally natural, much easier on my skin & less painful, and at least once per month, I sign up for an intensive, hour-long massage session. There are all odd types of massages available, depending on whether I’m targeting relaxation or unique aches or pains; Every trip to the salon includes a facial. I entirely love getting a facial. The process opens up my pores, unlinks toxin, exfoliates & combats blemishes & discoloration, however my skin is softer, brighter, more supple & clear.
