The two of us are starting a new brand of HVAC equipment, but not to brag, but it is going to be the next Carrier, mark our words, and for right now our business needs major HVAC dealers to start using the brand and putting it in peoples homes. Not a lot of people think about us just yet; That means I need to go into a major city, stay for a while, make affixions and get as several dealers as I can using our brand, and staying in a hotel in a corporate suite is nice, but too pricey! I also don’t want to be around people in a hotel setting for a long stage of time; Periodically I am in a town for over a week. What has been a blessing is having short term housing solutions. I have found fully furnished apartments for rent in every major town so far. It is amazing to have everything I could possibly want in a rental situation. I also live right in the heart of the town and can visit any bar, restaurant or Regal Cinema I want. I don’t need to worry about any major appliances or upkeep. I get the benefit of owning a beach house but in a rental prefer situation, it is lovely. The fully furnished apartments are usually week to week lease occasions as well. Typically I sign on for a single week and our goal is to have at least 5 major HVAC dealers on board before I leave. Periodically they are stubborn and I need another week in our fully furnished rental.
