When the two of us retired to the south, I could barely even stay still much less be inside the house. But that first summer time sort of tempered that feeling a bit. We moved here in early fall. And to me, having spent my entire life up north, it was prefer recess all winter. I couldn’t assume that I was playing hockey and tennis all through the Wintertide weeks. It was awesome. Then the summer time heat moved in and I had to curtail my outside activities a wonderful bit. This meant staying inside the Heating and Air Conditioning cooling from about dinnertime til the sunshine got way lower in the sky. I still was able to get outside during the early afternoon and even roams or a quick game of tennis in the late evening. Still, I missed the sun during the bulk of the afternoon now that I was a full time sun junkie. So my wife and I decided to have a sunroom put on the back of the house. It was legitimately quite a satisfactory addition and the value I’m getting from it is enormous. This is because I also called the Heating and Air Conditioning dealer. I knew that the sunroom would need some Heating and Air Conditioning cooling and I also knew that the two of us couldn’t extend our existing Heating and Air Conditioning equipment. It was fitted to the volume of our house. So the two of us ended up getting a ductless heat pump installed in the sunroom. It’s just perfect. When it’s too hot to being doing stuff outside, I can still prefer the sunshine and the parakeets inside the Heating and Air Conditioning cooling comfort of the sunroom. Plus, there’s a bit of heating for the Wintertide days that are still just a bit too cool first thing in the afternoon.
