I contacted the chief of police and I told the sheriff that the air conditioner had been stolen while the people I was with and I were on trip.
My wifey and I went out of town for The 4th of July holiday, but all of us went to the shore for the whole weekend. All of us watched the fireworks at the beach and the people I was with and I decided to go to sleep with the sound of the ocean in the background! It was severely fantastic and enjoyable. I did not want to leave at the end of the several afternoon weekend, when the people I was with and I came back from trip, the first thing that the people I was with and I noticed was the fact the air conditioner wasn’t running. It had been an severely sizzling weekend and I was distraught that something might have happened to the A/C unit, then my wifey tested the apartment and I worked on on the air conditioner. When I got outside to look at the machine, I realized it was missing! Someone had stolen our A/C unit. I never even heard of such a thing. I contacted the chief of police and I told the sheriff that the air conditioner had been stolen while the people I was with and I were on trip. 2 hours later, a police detective showed up with a fingerprint kit, then there was 1 woman there to take fingerprints and she barely bothered to check somewhere for evidence. The detective provided me a business card and told me to call the homeowners insurance, then unfortunately for me, the police never found out who stole the A/C equipment and the homeowners insurance didn’t cover theft of our A/C unit. I was miserable and frustrated, but my wifey was downright angry and ticked off. She entirely has an issue with anger and losing her temper.
