The older I get the more I realize what a beach bum I have become.
It almost sounds like a song doesn’t it? Maybe I can make that into a song, why not.
I met this guy Daniel this week while I was doing our frigid sea dip. He is undoubtedly in nice shape for a 57 year outdated and it inspires me to see other people living a healthy lifestyle. Maybe I can go kite surfing with him 1 afternoon. It’s neat how strange people cross your path unexpectedly. There are all kinds of treasures that scrub up quickly. I am going to scrub our HVAC duct this week as I have some new found energy and inspiration to labor with. I’ve done Heating plus Air Conditioning labor before, and I am pretty nice at it, so why not do something nice for our Heating plus Air Conditioning and our health this week. I need to get some shoulder therapy exercise later along with a short leg workout and possibly a run. I just need to be careful about over training so I have some energy to do the Heating plus Air Conditioning plan repair. I have these therapy bands that are great for the shoulders and are gentle enough where they don’t hurt our tendons and ligaments. I like to come beach house after our training and lay by our radiant space oil furnace to moderate myself up because it is quite frigid out still. I use our Biofreeze gel after the space oil furnace treatment to cool the joints down and then all of us frigid laser them to moderate them up again. These frigid and sizzling cycles are magical for pain.
