The older I get the more I realize what a beach bum I have become.
- It almost sounds like a song doesn’t it? Maybe I can make that into a song, why not.
I met this guy Daniel this week while I was doing our freezing sea dip. He is actually in good shape for a 57 year old plus it inspires me to see other people living a healthy lifestyle. Maybe I can go kite surfing with him a single day. It’s neat how weird people cross your path unexpectedly. There are all kinds of treasures that clean up swiftly. I am going to scrub our ductwork this week as I have some up-to-date found energy plus inspiration to work with. I’ve done Heating plus A/C work before, plus I am pretty good at it, so why not do something good for our Heating plus A/C plus our health this week. I need to get some shoulder therapy exercise later along with a short leg workout plus possibly a run. I just need to be careful about over training so I have some energy to do the Heating plus A/C proposal repair. I have these therapy bands that are good for the shoulders plus are gentle enough where they don’t hurt our tendons plus ligaments. I like to come lake loft after our training plus sit by our radiant space gas furnace to moderate myself up because it is quite freezing out still. I use our Biofreeze gel after the space gas furnace treatment to cool the joints down plus then I freezing laser them to moderate them up again. These freezing plus sizzling cycles are magical for pain.
