It’s been several years since I had our Heating and A/C technology installed in our flat & I guess it is getting to be old.
It was a state of the art unit when I got it & I thought it would never get aged but everything tarnishes in time.
I guess I am going to get an electric oil furnace this time & not have to worry about filling up gas tanks all of the time. My stove uses gas too but it uses such a small amount compared to the Heating and A/C plan that it isn’t a big deal. I also have a gas overheated water heating system although I usually take chilly showers so that doesn’t use much at all either. When I clean our clothes I also use the chilly water setting & run it on the economy cycle to save cash on power bills. I may even get a tankless overheated water boiler so that I don’t have to replace the overheated water heating system tank anymore. It is situated in a entirely small area in our ceiling & is not easy to get in & out so it is quite lavish when they have to replace it. I like the method of a tankless overheated water heating system because, like I said, I hardly use any overheated water so the water in the tank sits there for a long time without being used & ends up odoring musty. I did the replacement for the tank a few years back & it took me like 3 afternoons when it was all said & done.
