My parents have finally decided that they are going to be putting an addition onto their house; I don’t know why they have waited until now to do it, now that they are empty nesters! It doesn’t honestly make that much sense to me, however I know that they want to have their grandadolescents over there all the time so maybe that is why, and my sister plus I just wish that they had enlarged the size of the home back when the two of us were adolescents so the two of us would have had more room for us plus our friends! I assume it’s better late than never though, however anyway, this Summer when the weather starts heating up, they are going to be doing this large remodeling project.
I told them that they might want to wait until the fall.
If they do it in the Summer when the temperatures are so so tepid outside, they are going to be paying so much for air conditioning system that might be leaking out of the house! But our mom plus dad don’t want to wait any longer to get started.. I assume I can kind of understand that since they have been waiting to do it for such a long time, anyway! Right now they are talking to an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C supplier about what sort of heating plus cooling plan they should look at for the addition! They assume that they are going to have to put in an additional Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C component for that area of the home since their existing Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C plan can’t handle all that much more of a workload.
