Eventually, every one of us found a rhythm that worked for us. But as the pandemic grew more serious, I wanted to do more to protect my family. So I started studying about how to strengthen the immune system. And a single of the key areas with that is the indoor air pollen levels of the house. I didn’t realize that there were so numerous things giving off synthetic toxins. Then throw in the pollen and the pet dander and every one of us needed to help out our respiratory system. So, I l gained a legitimately simple way to do that is to change the type of Heating, Ventilation, and A/C air filter. We went from the cheap, paper air filters to the HEPA filter. That was a large change as the HEPA filter really removes more than 99 percent of all airborne contaminants. The indoor air seriously improved as did the health of our respiratory systems.
