If you have a warranty on your Heating and Air Conditioning system, then you might want to double check and make sure what kind of maintenance work you need to do to keep the warranty active… Unluckyly for me, nobody warned me about this when I bought our new heating and cooling system a couple of years ago. When I bought it, I was so enthusiastic to get it home and get it installed that I didn’t entirely study much of the great print in the paperwork that they gave me. It wasn’t exactly prefer they were trying to trick me or something prefer that; it was more the fact that I was just in a big hurry and I wanted to get out of there. I just wanted to get everything finished up with the Heating and Air Conditioning system purchase and installation so that I could get the indoor air conditions in our house improved. Now that I am older and wiser, and I have a couple of years of home ownership under our belt, I realize how stupid that was of me. We bought an extended warranty on the Heating and Air Conditioning system back then, and the whole reason that all of us bought the extended warranty was in case something went wrong after the correct factory warranty wore out. We paid lots of extra currency for that extended warranty, and after that I did not even do what all of us needed to do to keep it in site. I’m so nervous with myself for skipping the correct Heating and Air Conditioning maintenance checks because now our warranty is voided and it’s nobody’s fault however our own.
