I’m going to be using a family owned Heating and Air Conditioning contractor that I found here in neighborhood instead of the larger one that I used to use.
I have consistently thought that family owned dealers are better than being corporately owned dealers because you get much better repair most of the time.I think that’s entirely because you are definitely a face and a guy to these people instead of just a number on an invoice or a check that’s coming in the mail.
That’s how I believe about it, anyway. I am sure that there are exceptions to both sides of that, however that’s how it has consistently seemed to me. Anyway, over the past couple years that I have been living here in this village, I have had to use a corporate Heating and Air Conditioning contractor many or four times to work on our oil furnace and our central cooling system. Each time that I use the corporately owned Heating and Air Conditioning business, I have not been overly satisfied with the repair that I have gotten. I mean, the Heating and Air Conditioning contractors knew what they were doing and they got our gas furnace and our air conditioner up and running just fine, however they just weren’t overly friendly. I assume what I am entirely looking for in an Heating and Air Conditioning contractor is a arena with some personality. I suppose that this might not make sense to a whole lot of people, but I would entirely prefer to have an Heating and Air Conditioning contractor that I can get to suppose and who can get to suppose me. I prefer the whole system of a family owned Heating and Air Conditioning contractor because I believe prefer they can do just that.
